Dancing with N.E.D. will chart the trajectory of these surgeons-musicians, from operating theatres to music halls, from consultations with their patients to concerts for their fans. Now, the band is on a mission and rapidly becoming the 'lightning rod' for an awareness movement seeking to break through the wall of silence surrounding GYN cancers. These deadly diseases affect 90,000 women and claim 30,000 lives every year.

Dancing with N.E.D. is also the story of women who discover they have a GYN cancer, many of whom will face the prospect of dying before having children, or have to choose their life over having children. Some will die without seeing their kids grow up. Their challenging, heart-wrenching journeys through sadness, anger, fear and hope will test their physical endurance and emotional courage as well as their loved ones. These women place their lives in the hands of doctors they trust not only to treat them, but to guide them through this unpredictable, life-altering experience.
